Shipping & Delivery
Expedited Shipping Information Deadline for orders requiring UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select delivery is 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Expedited Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select orders placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday.
Shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout by our shopping cart, based on the weight of your order and the method of shipment.
We ship world-wide. However, free shipping is only available within the United States
Returns & Replacements

Returns for Faro headsets and aviation supplies are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for return, your item must:
  • Be in new, saleable condition
  • Accompany all the original packaging, manuals, etc
  • Be returned within 30 days of receipt

If the returned item does not meet requirements above, there will be a restocking fee or you’ll be issued a store credit instead.

We will credit you the full amount of the goods value but not the shipping charges. Please contact us prior to sending your item to receive a RMA number.

Your order process is fully automated. Once your order is placed, it will be prepared and dispatched from our San Jose, CA shipping facility. Once your order has been accepted and scheduled to ship there are limited modifications that you can make to your order. Items that are listed as available to ship in 24 hours or 2–3 days can not be canceled once the order has been scheduled to ship.

Sometimes items in your order may fall out of stock. If any item in your order is out of stock at the time it was originally estimated to ship, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay. We will continue trying to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. If the order is still out of stock 30 days after the first email is sent, you will be asked to approve a 30-Day Order Extension. If you do not approve the extension, this part of your order will be canceled within 24 hours.

If you have pre-ordered an item and it is not in stock at the announced release date, you will be asked to approve a 30-Day Order Extension. If you do not approve the extension, this part of your order will be canceled within 24 hours.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The promotions available on the website are only applicable to the consumer purchases. If you have a bulk order or your order are intending for resale, please contact the Customer Service for wholesale pricing.

If you are issued a discount code, coupon, or promotion, they can only be redeemed during your ordering process and not after your order is processed.

Paying by Credit Card

Faro Aviation accepts MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, and corporate purchasing cards. On the Payment page, select the card type you want to use and then enter your card number, expiration date, and, if your card has one, the card security code.

Paying with PayPal®

On the Payment page, select PayPal as your method of payment. You will be redirected to PayPal’s web site to confirm the financial details of the transaction. Once you confirm your payment via PayPal, you will return to Faro Aviation to finish placing your order.

PayPal is a safe and easy way to make a secure online payment. It allows online shoppers to enter and store credit card and billing information in one place, thereby eliminating the need to store and update this information on multiple sites.

Paying by Phone

Click the “Pay by Phone” button and then complete the Checkout process. Make sure you arrive at the Thank You page to ensure that we have received your order.

As soon as your order is received, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes your order number and instructions for completing your payment by calling 1-855-359-3276, between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. PST.

Please call as soon as possible — we will not begin fulfilling your order until we have your payment information. Your order will be automatically canceled if we do not receive payment information within 7 days.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged to all shipments in the state of California. If you are ordering in bulk order and would like to place an order for resale, you may place your order and then contact us via the Contact Page to arrange your order for resale instead (Valid Reseller Permit required).
